Yes,
the

will
be
time
limited
and
may
have
additional
restrictions.
We
will
charge
you

How
much
do
FaceTrack
products
costs?
We
maintain
a
price
list
that
considers
several
parameters,
like
number
of
stations,
number
of
enrollees,
etc.
Please
contact
our
sales
department
regarding
pricing
of

environment.
What
is
a
good
image
for
FaceTrack?
FaceTrack
technology
can
handle
various
images
deviating
from
an
optimal
image.
For
facial
recognition,
an
optimal
image
is
an
image
that
shows
a
face
completely
visible
at
a
frontal
view,
almost
covering
the
whole
image.
Both
eyes
are
clearly
visible,
i.e.
no
dark
sunglasses
and
no
hair
covering
the
eyes.
The
face
is
shown
in
a
neutral
gesture
without
strong
shadows
and
at
homogenous
lighting.
Image
resolution
and
contrast
are
reasonable,
i.e.
a
240
x
320
(WxH)
image
with
8bit
in
greyscale
coding
is
fine.

FAQ
Which
camera
do
you
recommend?
We
support
cameras
that
are
accessible
either
via
DirectShow
on
Windows
platform
or
Video
for
Linux
on
Linux
platform.
We
have
experience
in
integrating
all
kinds
of
cameras
like
CCTV
cameras
via
frame
grabbers,
USB,
Firewire
and
network
cameras.
USB
cameras
are
easiest
to
integrate
and
work
fine,
therefore
one
of
our
preferred
cameras
is
the
Philips
To
UCam.
Can
I
use
photographs
printed
on
existing
ID-Cards?
Your
existing
photographs
may
be
of
good
quality
and
can
therefore
be
reused
for
facial
recognition.
Although
we
mostly
found
that
the
image
quality
is
not
sufficient
enough
and
taking
new
images
and
enroll
from
the
real
person
does
not
require
significantly
more
effort
than
taking
images
from
existing
cards.
How
many
images
are
required
for
enrollment?
You
can
stick
to
one
if
it
is
a
good
frontal
snapshot
of
the
person.
Taking
multiple
images
increases
the
enrollment
quality
and
therefore
increases
the
overall
performance.
We
have
made
good
experiences
with
taking
five
images
for
enrollment.
More
than
10
images
won't
increase
the
enrollment
quality
anymore.
How
many
persons
can
be
enrolled?
Our
strategic
partners
alliance
has
the
largest
installation
at
present
covers
3.5m
persons.
There
hasn't
been
any
bottlenecks
yet
and
expect
the
software
to
scale
to
almost
every
gallery
size
w/o
compromising
the
response
time.
How
fast
can
a
match
list
be
determined
if
the
gallery
is
3m
persons
in
size?
You'll
get
a
response
within
three
seconds,
assuming
you
use
a
computing
cluster
of
about
10
standard
Pentium
4
PC's.
How
many
client
stations
can
be
connected?
The
technical
limitation
goes
back
to
the
number
of
established
tcp/ip
connection
the
operating
system
can
serve
on
the
computer
where
the
so
called
master
server
is
running.
Typical
installation
of
about
10
client
stations
will
work
fine.
How
does
the
product
integrate
into
DVR
systems?
It
is
on
the
feature
list
and
will
be
available
in
upcoming
versions.
Can
I
enroll
persons
from
a
live
video
stream?
This
is
available
for
FaceTrack-Access
Control
Systems
and
is
on
the
feature
list
and
will
be
available
in
upcoming
versions
for
the
other
products.
